Dr. Kim Howells is a well known Labour politician and Speaker who served as the MP for Pontypridd from 1989 to 2010. Kim has served many in many governmental positions including: Chairman of the Intelligence and Security Committee, Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Minister of State for Higher Education, Minister of State for Transport and Under-Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.
